How can I buy?
You can place your order through the online store, via WhatsApp or by phone at 644 067161 (prefix +34 if calling from outside Spain)
In which locations do you offer home delivery?
Currently, we only offer home delivery in Sitges (08870) and Sant Pere de Ribes town (08810). We do not offer home delivery in some areas, such as certain outlying residential areas, Garraf, or Les Botigues.
When you place your order online and enter the delivery address, availability will be automatically confirmed.

CAN I CHOOSE THE DAY AND TIME?
Yes, of course. For both home delivery and in-store pickup, you can choose the day you prefer. As for the time, we offer several delivery windows within which we guarantee the recipient will receive the flowers. You can also pick them up yourself at the store.
Could I write a dedication to include with the flowers?
Of course. You'll find a text box where you can write your message. We'll transcribe it onto a card and include it in the floral arrangement.
Is home delivery included in the price?
No, there is a small delivery fee for orders under €125. Delivery to Sitges is €3.50 and to Sant Pere de Ribes is €8.50. Delivery fees for each zone are added at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, provided you notify us 24 hours in advance. In the event of a last-minute issue, we will find the best solution within our capabilities. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery if you place your order at least 2 hours before the available delivery window. If you'd like to check availability or need more information, you can contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp at 644067161.
IS THERE SERVICE ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS?
We do not offer home delivery on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or public holidays.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time, but we offer three time slots in which we assure you the recipient will receive the flowers. If for any reason it becomes necessary, we will try to adjust the delivery time whenever possible.
What is the delivery process like?
Once we receive your order, we will deliver it within the time slot you specified. If no one is home, we will contact the recipient via message or phone to arrange a second delivery at no extra cost.
If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, we will inform you immediately.

Do you deliver to restaurants, hotels...?
We do deliver to hotels, residences, and aparthotels, with prior notification to the recipient. (See SERVICE CONDITIONS)
We do NOT deliver to restaurants, bars, cafes and hospitals.

WILL THE BOUQUET I CHOOSE BE THE SAME AS THE ONE IN THE PHOTOGRAPH?
The photos are always for illustrative purposes only due to the nature of fresh flowers. Every day we select the flowers at their peak from the market to offer you unique and special blooms.
This may involve changes in the composition, but we will always maintain the style, tones and essence of the design you choose.
This flexibility allows us to work with the best of each moment and guarantee you a result that we are sure you will love.
Can I request a specific flower?
Contact us and we will inform you of availability.
What size will the bouquet be?
In the product description you will find the approximate size of each floral arrangement.
How do you present the bouquets?
All our bouquets are wrapped in eco-friendly printed paper, tied with decorative ribbon, and include a card made by us. Flower boxes and arrangements with bases and vases are presented as is, since decorative wrapping is not necessary in these cases.
What if I have any problems with the flowers?
We take great care with every delivery to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. If, however, there is a problem, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp, phone, or email, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We want you to be delighted with your flowers!
